How do I return a package?
OUR GUARANTEE: CorrectFilters.com unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories for a prompt refund within 30 days of the original ship date. Components that are not returned with all items intact will result in the issuance of a prorated credit based on the cost of the missing items.
If you need to return your merchandise for any reason please notify CorrectFilters.com within 30 days of the original ship date. We will contact you to issue an RA #. Please Email your First and Last Name, your Order #, and your Phone # to info@correctfilters.com, or call 954-FILTERS (954-345-8377). PLEASE NOTE: CorrectFilters.com reserves the right to refuse any return or to charge a 15% restocking fee on any return that does not meet these conditions.
For your protection, please insure the package and use a shipping method that is traceable such as UPS, Airborne, DHL, or Federal Express.
What if I order the wrong size custom made filter?
Because our custom made filters are constructed from one continuous piece of aluminum, we can't resize them once they are made.
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. So if your filter does not fit properly we will arrange to pick it up, make you a new one in the correct size and ship it back out to you. We must charge a nominal fee of $25 to cover shipping and handling charges. Contact info@correctfilters.com or call 954-FILTERS (954-345-8377).
How do I exchange an item?
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted item. Once the returned item has been picked up, a credit will be issued to your account. Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and affix the UPS mailing label you receive when you notified us of the return.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Florida. Florida State law requires that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order.

CorrectFilters™ replacement pads are automatically charged and delivered directly to your door in one year at the refill price. If you wish to discontinue receiving the CorrectFilters™ replacement pads, please call 954-FILTERS (954-345-8377).
